HEDC Competition: Participating teams visit the mission site
The teams participating in the HEDC competition visited the Namie Runway (Namie Town), the Fukushima Robot Test Field (Minamisoma City), and the coast of Odaka Ward.
Unfortunately, there were strong winds and light rain during the inspection. Witnessing the wind-blown vegetation, the streamer, and the white waves of the Pacific Ocean, the participating teams were reminded of the weather conditions on the day of the competition and reaffirmed the importance of wind and rain countermeasures.

At the Fukushima Robot Test Field, we inspected the destination of Mission 3 (urban field). From the venue, we passed over the power transmission tower and confirmed the flight route into the urban field.
